Child custody/visitation violation reports are made to document your statement should you desire to take action. They will NOT be investigated as a crime by the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, or by the District Attorney's Office. KNOWN SUSPECT
A suspect is considered a known suspect when you (or someone else) know:
- the person who committed the crime,
- where to find the person who committed the crime, or
- the license plate number of the vehicle the suspect(s) were in.
